This file forms the assessable “report” component of your Independent Project
Remove the instruction text (ie this text) and replace it with your work.
As you make changes commit them to git and push to github. Ensure your final changes are pushed to github by the deadline. You will be assessed on code you write in this file (which must be submitted via github) as well as on the final “rendered” pdf version.
As with previous assignments you are required to knit your assignment to pdf format for submission to LearnJCU.
Your report should be written in the style of a scientific paper. Do not display code blocks but you are of course encouraged to display figures with captions. The maximum length is 5 pages including figures and text. See the assessment guide for your subject for full instructions.
